RAIN POLICY

Your bounce house will be ok in a light rain situation. In heavy rain, please have the kids exit the unit until the rain stops. The bounce house will accumulate water (the water will bubble at the seams, this is normal). After the rain stops, you can dry the floor of the bounce house and keep on jumping!  

Please leave the bounce house inflated until the crew arrives to pick up so that it will continue to dry as the air flows through. 

If you would like to cancel your reservation, full refunds are given seven days prior to your event. If you are within the seven days prior to your event, we are happy to give you a rain check to use at a later date. We need you to cancel at least two days prior to your event in order to receive a rain check to use at a later date.

One day prior AND the day of your event NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given. We will never cancel your reservation, we will leave that decision up to you.
When a customer accepts the equipment on site, whether it rains or not, there will be NO REFUNDS, partial or otherwise.
